I have been a designer and maker of kites, banners and windsocks for over thirty years. My early creations were straightforward kites with no appliqué. I then graduated to simple graphics and subsequently to complex appliqué and tie dyeing. All the items you see on this site are individually made by me and therefore unique.

My windsocks, kites and banners are tailored to the customer's requirements in terms of colour, size and graphics; all work is appliqué and not printed. My kites, windsocks and banners can be simple or complex - lettering on banners and windsocks, unique 3 dimensional windsocks, appliqué kites utilising individually dyed pieces of material - the sky is the limit (almost!).

I undertake commissions on a regular basis and am well known for unusual windsocks, banners and highly intricate appliqué and dyed kites depicting nature.    I am joint organiser of the Portsmouth International Kite Festival  - one of the largest and best kite festivals, as well as being an invited guest to many overseas kite festivals.
