Returns

I want you to be happy with your purchases. If for any reason you are not pleased, contact me to discuss the issue and the possible return of the item. On return of the item I will issue a full refund assuming there is no damage or wear and tear.

Returned items must be sent within 21 days of receipt and in its original condition. The buyer is responsible for return shipping cost of the item.

I do not refund for returned items that are then lost in the mail.

Please contact me before returning an item and within 14 days of receipt.

Cancellations

I accept cancellations within 24 hours of the order being made.

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I cannot accept returns for custom or personalised items.

Shipping & Payment

Goods are shipped only after payment is received and / or cleared.

I will post anywhere in the world subject to any legal restraints.

Your item(s) will be dispatched within the time specified on the listing, except where explicitly stated otherwise on the web site (e.g. if I am away on holiday for a period).

Please note that the following estimated delivery times may be exceeded due to the current corona virus situation.

Items sent to UK are sent via Royal Mail, 1st class (estimated delivery 1-2 working days but please allow up to 15 days).

International orders are sent via Airmail (estimated delivery 7-10 working days but please allow up to 25 days). Please note that the buyer is responsible for any import duties and customs charges.

If the item does not arrive within the 15/25 days then you must contact so that this can be resolved. This would normally be for me to resend the item or issue a full refund.

I accept payments through Paypal or Stripe. Payment is required immediately upon order if possible or made within 3 days of purchase. If payment is not made within 3 days, the order maybe cancelled and relisted. Please contact me straight away if there are any problems with payment.

Privacy Policy

I, Gill Bloom am the data-controller of your personal information as it relates to my shop.

When you place an order from me, I will receive your name, delivery address and email address from the web site. I will only use these details to process and deliver your order, or deal with any queries you have related to that order. If you send me a message using the contact button, I will receive your username and email address.

The only circumstances in which I will share your data are in processing your order or complying with the law. I will never use or pass on your information to third parties for marketing purposes or any other purpose, other than the circumstances listed below, or add you to any mailing list without your explicit consent. The circumstances in which I may share your data are:

• With delivery companies to fulfil your order.

• To comply with legal or tax obligations.

I will only retain your details for as long as necessary in order to process the transaction and I will securely store any data collected during that period. I retain personal data related to orders or customer queries for up to six years. After this time I will delete your data from my records.

You have the right to know what personal data I hold about you, and to ask for that data to be changed or deleted. You also have the right to complain to the ICO if you believe there is a problem with the way I handle your data.
